UNIQ Tesla is the first project of the largest Slovak residential developer in the Czech Republic and it is currently entering its realization stage. The building with seven above-ground and one underground floor will bring 11,000 square meters of total floor space.

City Forum 2019 is the first Czech-Slovak professional conference on well-functioning cities. It will be organised on 19 June 2019 in Stará tržnica, Bratislava under the auspices of the city mayor Matúš Vallo. Juraj Benetin of Compass Architekti and Slovenian architect Vasa Perovič of Bevk Perovic studio will also join the speakers and panellists. Both prominent experts have cooperated with CRESCO REAL ESTATE on the Slnečnice residential district.

CRESCO GROUP, the strongest residential developer in Slovakia, sold a record 728 newly constructed flats last year in its projects. The biggest new housing project in Slovakia - Slnečnice in Bratislava - accounts for 95% of those flats. Interest in the new neighbourhood registered a year-on-year increase of almost 25%. Every fifth to sixth flat sold in a newly constructed building in the capital was attributed to Slnečnice.

We care about passing on the accumulated experience of building the largest new neighborhood in Slovakia to future generations. That is why we welcomed 80 senior students of engineering studies from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava to our project in Slnečnice.

Every flat sold in the new neighbourhood Slnečnice in Bratislava supports the children from children’s homes. This year, the biggest residential developer CRESCO GROUP started to collaborate from November with the Buddy program. Since 2006, the program looks for volunteers for children from children’s homes in order to create meaningful activities for children as well as long-term friendships that should help them to start normal life after leaving the children’s home.

The biggest residential developer in Slovakia CRESCO GROUP supported talented students of architecture. The students of the Faculty of Architecture STU in Bratislava, led by the teachers from the Institute of Architecture of Public Buildings FA STU, could participate in the design of architectural and artistic beautification of four roundabouts in the new Slnečnice city district in Petržalka, Bratislava. The projects were evaluated by a jury comprised of faculty representatives, the developer CRESCO GROUP as well as architectural studio Compass - the author of Slnečnice. The developer distributed EUR 5,000 to the authors of the top ten solutions.
